Terms and Disclaimer

These terms apply when you use this website or the services of Galley Global Pathways LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA.

Who we are

We are an independent consultancy that helps clients with study, work, travel, visa applications, English coaching, trade sourcing and business setup. We are not a law firm, and we are not affiliated with any government, embassy or immigration authority.

In countries where the law requires a licensed or registered adviser for certain immigration matters, we do not give that advice ourselves. For example, for New Zealand work, visitor and residence visas, we refer you to a licensed immigration adviser. We do not provide Canadian immigration services.

No guarantees

Visa, admission, scholarship, registration and employment decisions are made only by the relevant authority, institution or employer. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome. Our job is to help you prepare a complete and accurate application.

Quotes and fees

• We send you a written quote before any work begins. The quote sets out our fee, what it covers, the payment terms and our refund terms.
• Government fees, embassy and visa centre fees, school fees, tickets, insurance and other third party costs are separate from our fee and are usually non refundable.
• If an application is refused, our fee for work already done is not refundable unless your quote says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You must give us true, complete and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for the information you submit to any authority. We will not prepare or submit false or misleading documents, and we will stop working on any case where we believe this has happened.

Travel bookings

Flights, hotels, insurance and other travel services are provided by the airline, hotel or supplier and are subject to their own terms, including change and cancellation rules. Travel booking services are not currently offered to residents of the United States.

Third parties

We are not responsible for the decisions, delays, fees or errors of embassies, immigration authorities, schools, employers, airlines, hotels or other third parties.

Information on this website

The information on this website is general and may change without notice. Rules for visas and study change often, so always check the official government source before you make plans.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
